Each profile benefits from a dedicated access level, including:

• Profile-based pricing

• Mandatory approval for reseller accounts before placing orders

Creating an account implies acceptance of the applicable contractual terms and of the rules governing the Fanshop.

All Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with our service providers have been duly executed.

Any transfers outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where necessary, supplemented by additional technical and organizational safeguards.

Transfer Outside the European Union

Where applicable, transfers of personal data outside the European Union are protected through the implementation of the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), supplemented where necessary by additional safeguards such as:
