Shipping & Delivery

YANMAR works together with SAMM Trading, to process all orders. Depending on the delivery country we do have different process- and delivery times (in days):

The following shipping costs will apply: All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. For private customers, here are the shipping costs for products not exceeding 4.99 Kgs and delivered within the European Community:

9.00 EUR FR (Metropolitan) 16.00 EUR DE, NL, AT, BE, DK, ES, IE, IT, LU, PL, PT, AN 19.00 EUR FI, CZ, BG, EE, HR, HU, LT, LV, RO, SI, SK, SE

For professional or private customers (except for the above mentioned conditions), it will be necessary to request a shipping quote. The relationship between the volume of purchase and the geographical area has an important impact on the transport costs.


Order Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 72 business hours after order confirmation. Orders placed after the beginning of the afternoon will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined solely by the carrier and are provided for guidance only. As an indication, delivery generally takes place the next day within mainland France and within a few days in other European countries, depending on the destination.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment.

Upon receipt of your parcel, we recommend that you carefully inspect its condition before signing the delivery receipt. In the event of damage, a damaged parcel or missing goods, you must record detailed reservations on the carrier's delivery receipt, even if you refuse the parcel. These reservations must then be confirmed within 48 hours by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt sent to the carrier, with a copy sent to logistique@sammtrading.fr.


Returns

If you are unhappy with your item, you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure that the item is packaged properly, and keep hold of any paperwork. We cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in transit.

Return policies: All returns must be as new. Toys must be sent back in the intact original packaging, containing all parts and accessories. Clothing must also be returned in the original packaging. Please note: we cannot exchange ordered clothing into another size. You have to return your ordered size and place a new order with the different size.

Personalized products are non-returnable!

Return costs: Items must be returned at your own cost, however we will cover the return costs if the goods are faulty or if the wrong item is delivered. As soon as we have received your return we will issue a refund.
